Rakesh Bhargava graduated in 1969. He studied Public Administration and Local Government at the Universities of Lucknow (India), Kent and Liverpool. He joined the firm Levy + Partners in 1990 and became a partner in 1994. He became a director of the newly formed company Levy + Partners Ltd in August 2008. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has a deep knowledge in all aspect of accounting, and preparation of accounts for small and large business. He specialises in Solicitor’s accounts including Solicitors Accounts Rules compliance audits. He advises on business plans and implements cash-flow preparation. |
